Which operating systems / client setups are supported?
GradeX Dock supports both Windows and macOS workstations. GradeX supports iOS and Android devices, including automated Android 16+ processing through built-in Trade-In Mode on supported devices.
How does Low-touch diagnostics installation work on iOS / Android?
GradeX uses platform-specific workflows. On iOS, GradeX supports a high-throughput, low-touch flow while respecting Apple activation, validation and security requirements; the activation / Agent-install flow requires internet access. On supported Android 16+ devices, GradeX uses built-in Trade-In Mode to automate processing without requiring the operator to manually enable Developer Mode or USB debugging.
What happens when a device is locked (iCloud / activation lock / finance lock)?
GradeX will detect the lock during IMEI validation. If auto workflows cannot proceed, a technician can override, tag the device status, and submit context-aware diagnostics manually.
How does GradeX maintain processing traceability and report verification?
GradeX records device-processing events with applicable user, dock, device, timestamp and workflow context. Reports and certificates can include QR-linked validation, with public access controlled by the customer’s configuration.
Can I integrate GradeX data with my own inventory / ERP?
Yes — GradeX Central supports REST APIs and optionally webhooks to push diagnostic data, status events, and certificate exports into your systems.
Is label printing required?
Label printing and lot tagging are optional features, provided to help tracking across desks and bins as needed.
What are the next steps after submitting the onboarding form?
We’ll review your workflow, schedule a live demonstration tailored to your operation, and follow with a quotation based on your volume, setup, licensing model and integration requirements.
